Jody is the owner of Esteem Fitness a very specialized gym for women. It’s more than pole dancing, although that is a big part of it. I dare say nothing can get your core looking great and be fun at the same time, as pole dancing. It’s also a private place to go and be trained one on one. You would work out with someone keeping you motivated, standing right there and pushing you to do just one more. That’s something you hear being offered everywhere, and I saw it in action at my own gym last night, but with Jody it’s different, it’s a more private setting at Esteem Fitness, allowing you some added privacy, not to mention its an all women gym. If I had the time and money I would love to get Jody to train me, I have hope that its not too late
